He advises investors and executives involved in start-ups to Fortune 25 global companies. Mr. Strople has equity in more than 20 companies in industries such as technology, biotech, energy, media and entertainment, wireless and telecommunications. He is an Advisor to GMG Capital Partners and Marsh USA.
Mr. Gordon Pennington is the Managing Director of Burning Media Group. He is a marketing communications consultant and strategic planning advisor to organizations, corporations and government groups internationally. Pennington served as the Director of Marketing for clothing giant Tommy Hilfiger and has served clients that include Chase Manhattan Bank, J.P. Morgan, Apple Computer, British Airways, CBS, The Coca-Cola Company, Equinox Fitness and Rollerblade. He is currently a Scholar in Residence for the UBS think tank at Wolfsburg in Switzerland.
Mr. Doug Fritsch is a Senior Vice President, Retail and Business Development for IGA USA. Doug joined IGA USA in May of 2005 as vice president, U.S. chief growth officer, and was promoted to senior V.P., retail and business development in January 2008. Currently Mr. Fritsch is responsible for U.S. retail operations, key distribution and manufacturer relations, marketing, communications and new member growth. During his tenure with IGA he has initiated a restructuring of the IGA marketing organization by adding a brand development function to reenergize the power of the IGA Brand and raise the level of participation among the member stores. Mr.Fritsch achieved his master of business administration degree (MBA) in 1981 from Lake Forest School of Management, Lake Forest, IL, and completed the Executive Education Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto, CA, in 1991.
Mr. Mark Russell is a Vice President - Finance for Clinical Computer Systems Inc. His responsibilities includes managing general accounting and finance functions. he is also responsible for both the strategic direction of the organization. Previously Mr. Russell was the Comptroller for Castle & Cooke.
Mr. Allan Rosenberg, now retired was formerly an EVP, Global Services for Hitachi Data Systems. He oversees the strategic direction and execution of services and support, ensuring a positive, seamless customer experience. His responsibilities included overall solutions strategy, services development, engineering and integration. As part of that, he drove consistency and efficiency in service delivery and support by adapting repeatable methodologies and proven best practices.

Dr. David Ewing is the President of Quantum Sports and is responsible for product research. Dr. Ewing is the inventor of the patent for the electromagnetic therapy technology used in the Quantum Difference products, as well as the founder of The Quantum Difference. Dr. Ewing is on a quest to research, apply and teach about subtle energies and their impact on the human body. The last 15 yearsvhave been spent in his holistic dental practice treating chronic pain throughout the entire body. Dr. Ewing now unites Energy Psychology, Kinesiology techniques and non-invasive dental adjustments to reduce and eliminate pain. His ultimate goal is to use the concepts of quantum physics to help people receive physical, mental and emotional advantages.
Dr. Ewing earned his undergraduate degree in 1972, and then went onto completing Dental School in 1976, both from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. received his BS degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling in 2004 from Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Michigan.
Bobby Reynolds is the Executive Vice President of The Quantum Difference and is responsible for the day to day operations, the business development, and marketing. Bobby graduated from Michigan State University in 1989 with a BA in Communications, while playing for the hockey team. He won a National Championship in 1986, was an All-American and Hobey Baker Finalist in 1989. He also won numerous league and playoff honors in his 4 years at MSU, finishing his playing career by being named the MSU Athlete of the Year in 1989. Bobby was drafted in 1985 and played for the Toronto Maple Leafs after graduation. His 18-year professional playing career included time in the NHL, AHL, IHL, and Europe. He also had the privilege to play for his country on Team USA in 1987, 1991, and in 1996 winning a Bronze Medal. Bobby’s business career includes being General Manager and Head Coach with the Flint Generals Professional Hockey Team, Vice President of Private Label and NHL divisions with Fathead.
